Hi,

Usually you have 14 days to create your account on Ontario Immigration, and 45 days to submit all documents. However, today Ontario put hold on the Human Capital Stream. So, if you do fall i this you may not open or create a new account, but if you already created one you can finish it an apply with in 14 days.
