Hi, I got ITA for oinp international student Job offer stream. When I asked my employer for updated contract letter and employer form, they terminated me. I am left with 6 days to submit my application and have no job at hand. I have an offer for a job that starts 6 months from now in same NOC code as previous job. I don’t want to work in it and am job hunting for another position meanwhile. Can I use this job letter that I have at hand to apply for oinp? Thanks

No, you can't. Sorry.

Oh ok…thanks, I thought this job offer with six months from now validity will be considered and meanwhile if I get another job in my job hunt, I will join that and update oinp.

It is mandatory that you have a job and that your employer complete all of the employer forms when you submit the application. There's no chance of approval without this.

They can fill the employer form too… but what if I join the job 6 months later onwards? Or don’t join it at all and meanwhile get another job and join it and update oinp

You can certainly try applying with a job that is six months out. The employer must complete all of the forms. I'm not sure this will be accepted if the job is six months out. You should speak with an immigration lawyer.
