OINP is due to expire & Decision In Progress

Hi,
Yesterday I receive an email that my Expression of Interest to the Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program (OINP) for the EOI-Foreign Worker will expire in 10 days.
I did submit my application with all documents and additional documents and am now just waiting from Jun/July when I switch from Assessment to Decision in Process.
What do I need to do, to contact them maybe and tell them that I'm waiting for a decision?
