Hi All,

I created my profile around 10 days back with a score of 459. Around 4 days back, I received the OINP interest letter which states I should logon to the OINP page and apply.

I do intend to live in Toronto so it makes sense, however I feel that I should probably wait out a month to see which direction the score goes (the last draw was 461) and save the $1500. What do you think? Also, is there a time limit by when I should apply for OINP once I get the interest letter?

Thanks!

I believe you should not go the PNP way. next draw cutoff will be below 459 for sure if it is on 11th or 18th Dec. Moreover CIC spokesperson announced that CRS cutoff will go down because backlog is being cleared. I am sitting at 453, got PNP interest letter a month ago but still waiting for CRS score to come down.

If im not mistaken, 45days from when they sent it to you... maybe wait for another draw before deciding but start preparing your documents... anyway, more or less same docs are required for pnp and pr application

45 days, they require 6 months bank statement for proof of funds. they might query ECA report to be sent to OINP office which i have read on some of blogs from members.
