OINP | Intention to reside in Ontario

I'm married, but my wife is non-accompanying me to Canada. In this case, should I write intention to reside in Ontario letter as "WE" or "I". For example "We/I are/am writing this letter to ascertain and confirm my intention to stay and work in Ontario" ? Which one is more apt we or I ?
