OINP Human resource stream vs Federal stream , which is better ?

Hi all,

Wanted to know what are the pros and cons for OINP Human resource stream vs Federal stream.
As my CRS is 446 with Canadian experience , I may get OINP PT and/or Federal invite with latest CRS hitting 441 points.
Just wanted to know what is advantages/disadvantages of the both the options.

Few things I could find out as below -
- Federal allows you to work any where in Canada.
- OINP route will be more expensive as cost of overall application.

Anything more ?

Why you want ontario nomination if you get direct ITA. Firstly it will cost you 1500$ and an additional 6-8 months after submission than if you got nominated it will not guarantee you PR. It will just guarantee you an ITA. Which you will get it directly.

I thought if I get OINP before , shall I wait for next draw for direct ITA or carry on with OINP.
