I have a question regarding my OINP application. I received a NOI from Ontario on March 8th and submitted my application and paid the fee on April 22nd. I have yet to receive any update regarding my application (Status still shows as "submitted" on the website), is there a issue with this or is this normal? should I be worried?
I also have another question, since submitting my application, I have discovered that there are clerical mistakes in the translation of two of my documents relating to my employment history. I have since gotten corrected versions of the translations and have contacted OINP via email to inquire about the possibility of swapping my submitted documents for the corrected ones but did not hear back from them or got an email confirming that they received my email (I have tried contacting them 3 times to no avail), is this usually possible from your experience? Please note that there were no changes or edits done to the original documents and that I live outside of Canada. I have previously contacted them in April and sent them an additional document via email that I couldn't get in time before the deadline and the responded and added it to my application to no problem, but have since stopped responding to further emails.
