OINP-Human Capital Stream 2019 enquiry

Hi all,

I'm asking on behalf of a friend who just created his express entry profile, CRS score 416 , has experience in Noc codes 0131 and 0213. Any chance for him to receive an OINP invite? He's also working on his spouse ECA, and is attending a college program currently in ontario so will likely increase his points in a few months to the 43x range.

My knowledge is limited on the subject as i immigrated well before Express Entry was put in place, so would appreciate any inputs.

I think for 2019 they already sent invitations. As for human capital stream, they sent invitation 12 July, 2019. if he qualifies for human capital stream and his scores qualifies the stream, he should have received an invitation by now.

How long it generally takes to move to next stage?
