OINP Human Capital Priorities Stream

Hi All,

I have been through the human capital stream guide and I can't find any information related to our graduation time in order to be eligible for it. I graduated in April 2014 and submitted my profile in August 2016. Does the fact that I graduated more than 2 years ago make me ineligible to receive nomination under this stream?

you are eligible as long as you have 400 points or more and your english is CLB7 with at least 1 year of experience in a Skill profession. However they are closed, intakes are supposed to start this month. Keep in mind that there will be changes in Express entry this month also and the rules of the game might change for ontario human capital priorities once it reopens again.
