Hi All,

I am about to submit my profile into the express entry pool. My score (WES and IELTS done) comes to 452. I am going to opt for the OINP. I know that for express entry pool members, OINP requires the NOC code from under category 0, A, or B, as well as a score of 400 and upwards. I want to know -- if you qualify for OINP, what are the determinant factors for OINP to "show interest" in you? For example, if you have a sales professional, a web developer, and a graphic designer, all of who qualify and are interested in the OINP, what does the Ontario government use to determine whom to offer a PT to? Do all all of them (from this example) stand an equal chance?

TIA!

yes, they get equal chance as they only see crs score above 400 once you are in the pool. Secondly they are not sending PT NOI after Feb 16 and they will again continue after 2017 quota is released, probably in November. keep watching OINP site.
