OINP Excluded Nationalities

Hi Everyone

A few months back I read comments on here that some nationalities have been excluded from having applications processed by Ontario Nomination Program. They were claiming it on a software issue.

Does anyone know what Nationalities had this problem? I want to do some research and file some Freedom Of Information Requests and see what the real issue was. It seems very unfair.

Can you share those comments here? Because that's the very first time I've heard of it, and I've been here a while.
