Hello everyone,

I graduated in August 2021 with a 3 year degree from a DLI - University in Toronto.
I have a valid full-time job offer (NOC B) from a big-name company in Toronto. I started working on that job on 13th September 2021.
My PGWP application is in progress (currently on implied status).

Am I eligible for this stream? Is there anything I need to know about this stream?

Thank you in advance!

The job offer needs to be permanent (not contract) for you to qualify. I'm assuming what you have is a permanent job offer.

Your employer must be willing to make the application for approval (e.g. submit the employer form, etc.). Have you had that discussion with them? Sometimes larger employers aren't willing to do this. Hopefully yours is.

Yes, it's a permanent job offer (no end date).
I still haven't had a conversation with them, I will now.
Thank you for your response!

Definitely have the conversation with them. That's really important. Hopefully your employer isn't one of the big banks.

I had one more question!

If I apply for this after talking with my employer and I receive an ITA, do I still need my PGWP? Or can I work on this ITA and later after a year apply for EE?

You still need your PGWP. ITA does not allow you to work.

Can you please explain me about approval process. Can you please explain me about Employer form . I recently got a job in bell as a bell technician and my points are 66 in oinp but worried about Employer form

All the information is in the link. Your employer must offer you a full-time permanent job and show that they advertised and could not find a Canadian or PR to do the job.
I got this but the problem is I got a job offer written as Permanent Part time and they told me that this will not be a problem as they will be giving more than 30 hrs per week and many of my friends already got PR working with bell .

So they go PR through OINP for permanent part time or through CEC?
