OINP - anyone didn't put N/A on form and still got thru?

OINP application, rule is to apply N/A on application form for irrelavant sections.

Anyone didn't do that, and still got through?

I put long slash marks (top to bottom)... hope thats ok, a bit worried.

I think that's fine, the issue was more on people leaving the forms blank or unsigned.

Scan It again

Use Adobe Acrobat Reader and do as shown in the picture you will be able to type on the PDF.
