OHIP renewal after COPR

I am CEC applicant and got the COPR. I tried to renew my OHIP online but its says I am not eligible to update from online. Has anyone renewed OHIP card after getting COPR via online?

Phone : xxxxxxxx

Address : xxxxxxxxxxxx

Describe your current situation as a body of email. They will review and get back to you. Currently about within 4 weeks time.
