I am a Canadian Citizen, returned to Ontario on December 2012. After passing 90 days waiting period for OHIP. I applied for OHIP Card and Service Canada didn't issue the card yet. They checked all my residency papers, faxed them to their head office. They said during the same day they will call me and I never received a call from them.
If they deny me with no reason how can I complain about them? Is there any regulatory body for complains and checking OHIP's mistakes?
