OHIP coverage in case work permit is in implied state

Hi,
My work permit is expired in last month and before that I have submitted application for extension and not received extension confirmation due to application processing delay. Please help me to know do I and my wife will get OHIP coverage during this time. My current status is implied.

Implied status keeps you eligible for OHIP (as long as you remain resident in the province). I presume you already have the OHIP cards, right? If yes, then you'll have no problems getting healthcare.
