Official Transcript

Singapore visa office required original transcripts in University sealed envelops. But my University give me photocopies of trancripts with seal and necessary signature in a university sealed envelopa (certified photocopies by university) not real transcript. They said u can have only one real copy, else should be photocopy.

should i send this? or send original copy?

if i send them original should they send this back to me(like IELTS original test result )? when they will back IELTS original test result?

Original transcripts means university seal on photo copy of ur provisonals and degree in seald envelop that's what required by VO. here all are misinterpreting word "Original".

Go ahead u will get like that only remember to have university seal on envelop as well that's it.

Above mentioned is correct. I too requested for transcripts from my universities - 1 in India and 1 in US.
From India i got it as a photocopy duly signed/stamped and placed in a stamped/signed envelop. Thats how many Indian Universities give and it is accepted for higher education as well as for Canada PR.

In US the Transcript will not be a photocopy of the Original Certificate or Consolidated Marks sheet. They have a different format altogether for transcript it would be mentioned as an "official transcript" n placed in a sealed/signed envelop.
