I approached university in pakistan they said that we only attest the same degrees and DMC as official transcript and they dont do some specific format, will it serve the purpose. They also told me they wil charge some money for each page so i think it sort of same thing required by CIC.

Transcripts HAVE to be original and in an officially sealed envelope. Degree: just a notirised copy will do.

All originals are with me, if they issue the new one than i need to give reason and they wil mention as duplicate stamp on it , how can i attest my original as i am not in pakistan, and my originals are plastic coated. I have attached all originals degree and DMC in my final application.
Will this not serve the purpose.

Coating doesnt matter, you can take the photocopies along with the originals to a notory public or a solicitor anywhere in the world and they will attest them after seeing the originals.

When it comes to notarizing, coating shouldn't matter. The notary public needs to look at the document to attest it.

As for transcript, I read on here that for Pakistani applicants, they don't need to send original transcript because it is impossible to get another one. They attest a copy at the ministry of education or something like that. You should search in this forum as to what Paksitanis do in lieu of original transcripts.

Thanks my frens this site is really very helpful .
Currently i am on international assignment in Malaysia and applied my case from here as well. So it wont matter if i notarized my documents from malaysia and send them a letter explaining all this. Will they not make an issue for sealed university envelope.

Well, if your degree is from Pakistan and your visa office is malaysia, you should send them a letter from someone in authority to say that universities in pakistan don't give out second originals of transcript. I am sure they would have processed Pakistani applicants before but why take that chance and the evaluator declines you because of your copies.
