I have already both on the CIC online site and i have mailed 200 Catherines Street a copy of the lease and request for hydro service in Quebec.
I just checked the online site at CIC and they have already implemented our new address in Quebec......does this mean that our file will be moved to Montreal?

I don't think you should assume that. You really need to call them to find out.

The CIC Call centre is also waiting for 200 Catherines Street to reschedule the landing day appointment. They know as much as me. On their computer screen it reads that due to the address issue on my drivers license they (200 Catherines Street) are now reviewing the other proof of address documents that I brought them on May 21st 2013. However if they could call us in for an interview we can show them vehicle ownership papers, joint bank accounts, jointly signed property papers, and virtually anything else that they could possibly ask for. An in person interview would be a lot quicker.

There may be no interview process for your situation. Much of what you get from CIC "is hurry up and wait". They are in any rush to do anything.
