Received offer letter from fleximco Canada inc . Asking for $1000 security deposit. They will give LMIA after paying $1000 to govt. Which will be paid by me. Visa fees etc. They will refund security deposit. This company is itself recruitment firm. Please advice as Dec end near. Rules for ee may change

Its purely your call and based on your CRS scores, your chances to get ITA are bleak. So if you can spend 1000$, go for it, as not many people have had this opportunity to get jobs via the legendary "job bank".

Amazing! First good thing i've heard to come through job bank.
$1000 is cheaper that $1500 OINP is collecting from so many people, so why not?
With 337, except you get Licensing and apply to a province, your chances are slim. Besides, you won't have to bother about finding a job.
I say go for it.
 
A quick google shows that this isn't a reliable recruitment firm. Most recruitment firms do not charge the candidate in return for LMIA.

Also paying for LMIA by the candidate is against the rules, so I would advise not to go ahead.

Fleximco is a scam. They are not allowed to ask you for the $1K. Report them to CIC.

Its illegal to ask the candidate to pay that $1000 fee. If they were legit they wouldn't be asking you this. Report them.

Recruitment firm would never receive lmia for you as recruitment firm is not your employer. Only real employer can apply for lmia. This company is a pure scam.
