What is the difference. I feel the Offer of Employment is more detailed but has all the details that the Letter of Employment asks for. Can I upload the same letter in both sections?

Offer of employment is a new job employment contract from today and your current employer can give u with job duties, how long he will give u this job, with your noc code, salary offered your, benefits, with company policies so on everything about ur job and
Letter of employment is kind of verification letter where your employer just verifying that your are currently working here from this date to present
You can google format of this letter and get the idea.
Mostly these two letters asking when we claim 50 points for valid job offer with positive lmia

I was recruited by an agency , and they are willing to give the letter mentioning all the job duties I do as per NOC , hours covered , client company info etc.
Is that employment letter valid or enough to apply for PR? I asked this because although I was recruited by an agency but I work for their client company.

Which company provides your salary and all statutory deductions? If it’s the recruitment agency, then they should be the one providing your employment reference letter. Technically, if they hired you, you’re working for them.

I know agency is my employer I m asking if the employment letter from the agency is enough or not , or should I get a confirmation from the client company as well

If all the required IRCC details can be provided by the employer, that’s all you need.

But I have to upload a letter for employment (i.e. proof of work experience) and the Employment Records for the same period of time. Isn't that the same then? Given that the Employment records letter has to have more detail (like annual salary, etc.) than the Letter of Employment, can I just upload the Employment records letter twice?
