offer of employment letter

does my letter have to say something to the affect of?:

job offer subject to obtaining permanent residency

is that a required phrase somewhere in my letter?

Nope,

Just They need to state that You are working for that company since "date" as a "job Title" permanent full time and Your salary is "$##". and You are performing the following duties and responsibilities...!!!

It needs to be on company official letterhead with adress name and number...!!!
