Offer letter is ONLY for LMIA positive applicant, which is given to people when they are chosen and successfully landed their job. The offer letter is a letter indicating that the company wants to hire you and it must indicate that the "future" or "current" job position is full time, permanent and non seasonal.

Letter of Employment is a letter indicated that you are currently employed.

I am on a work permit that has a positive lmia. All I had was job contract . Thanks :)

Does anyone know what to do if you're asked for the Letter of Employment, but you haven't actually started your job yet and are technically unemployed?
