Offer letter holds valid if accepted after deadline? Urgent Answers required please help

I received my offer letter from Carleton University on March 31st 2020, it said the offer is valid for next 21 days to take decision and MAY be withdrawn if not decided. However I checked it on May 5 and was able to accept my offer. Is the offer letter still valid or invalid because I already have the offer letter downloaded from university site.

Please contact your university and describe the whole thing they will do something and reserve a seat for you no other means no other person can help you

I already have the offer letter. They have not withdrawn it. I was still able to accept my offer after validity. On university website they have mentioned they "may" may may withdraw the offer letter not "will" withdraw. If they would have withdrawn how was able to accept and download it. And the status on my Carleton University account shows offer Accepted by me.

I just wanted to know if I have offer letter with me is it valid now because offer letter does not expire within 21 days. I need to decide within 21 days.

I need to take a decision on my admission offer within 21 days. It is no where written tht this offer letter is valid for 21 days. I think you misunderstood sir

Valid to do what with?
Offer letter only means you have a chance to accept or reject it within the time given. Since you let the time elapse it means it is up to university if they will accept you now, so you should contact university admission to check what your status is, online system should not be completely trusted. Highly likely they still accepted you because students are dropping out due to covid so they have plenty of space.
