This is only so that your consultancy can represent your admission to university of Windsor. This has nothing to do with your visa or visa process. If you get different college or university you can proceed with that.

But you will have to pay the fee to accept the offer i guess. In some colleges they ask for half of the total fee(refundable) to confirm the seat. It is impossible to pay 3,4 colleges to secure the seat
