NOC Code......
2171
App. Filed.......
27-09-2018
I have applied in express entry program and recently I have successed to get an offer letter of my NOC code 2171 from Montreal, Quebec Canada. How it will be beneficial to increase my CRS points ??

No. Quebec is not included in EE. If you mention your intention to live and work in Quebec for EE, you will get rejected as you won't be eligible.

Can anyone help me to find out the exact situation which I have mentioned in my question?? Actually I am doing my process through lawyer and he is not telling me anything about this and he said me this is okay.
Can anyone tell me the ways through this offer letter I can reach to Canada ??

To apply, you have to be invited. If you have applied then you are at a post submission stage and the points mean nothing. Have you already applied for EE or have you just entered the pool and waiting for ITA? If you have not yet received ITA, it means you have submitted your expression of interest and are placed in the pool along with other candidates.

I just mentioned that Quebec is not a part of EE. CRS or FSW points is for EE only. If you had LMIA supported job for 50 or 200 points, it would have to be from any province other than Quebec.

What are the possible ways to reach at Montreal, Quebec ?? If I got the offer letter from there employer then how can I reach there asap ??

Apply for a CSQ first and then to CIC

http://www.cic.gc.ca/EnGlish/immigrate/quebec/index.asp

http://www.immigration-quebec.gouv.qc.ca/en/index.html

But I have offer letter through jobbank of Canada..Then how the Montreal is excluded from EE ?? If it is excluded then why they posted on it ??

Job Bank is for all Canadian jobs. You can't use it for express entry. You have to use Quebec skilled worker program not EE.

Then why the government of Canada write that you can apply for a job through Canada jobbank ?? Could you elaborate in detail ??

In order to be eligible for Express entry you must intend to live outside of the province of Quebec, otherwise your application is deemed for rejection.

Somebody please shoot me.
