OK it was good....not all "doom&gloom" like I was preparing myself for...she told me I wouldn't believe what complicated cases she's had before...mine isn't nearly as bad...hey, I'll take that any day! Lol

K so apparently you Can submit Spousal sponsorship and HiC at the same time...I don't think its the whole different application tho...but sort of spousal With a twist...which is H&C consideration...so she will be filing H&C part as soon as I fill in forms etc....she will send it to Vancouver processing center..these two Don't cancel each other....I specifically asked and she said that at a Recent Immigr. Lawyer and CIC "get-together" CIC let the lawyers know that they can do this but Not send it all scrambled into ONE application...but to apply separately....she will write a nice long cover letter of all the reasons I shouldn't be sent back etc...and I have to fill some forms...get family and friends to write me support letters and she will put it all together and send it

As for the exclusion order....she said to call CBSA officer like he told me to and let him know what she will do...and give thwm her info...and if they call me to come in ...to call her right away...she didn't seem to worried about the removal order...so tomorrow I will call CBSA and see what happens...
