off shore dependents

Dear all,

Do my dependents have to be in Canada when I apply from within Canada? When do such off-shore depenents should be present in Canada?

You will all get your PR visas and then you have to "land" to activate your PR status. As the primary applicant, you can either land first or with the others. The others only have to arrive in Canada before their visa expires. Usually they have a few months.
