Off Campus Work Permit Timing

Hello, i'm an international student and after my 6th month i applied for the off campus work permit on June 2nd. The problem is that i didn't receive nothing until today. On the website it says that it can take from 7 to 21 days. Do you know exactly the timing? Is there somewhere where i can check for my application?

There was a strike of canada post deliveries inside and outside for about 2 weeks . Now they have lift it up

Yeah the strike is over but the mail backlog is really big, My application got processed in 3 weeks, but in my case Canada post was not on strike.
