off campus work permit for Diploma in Vocational studies program in Quebec

Does students form DVS program get off campus work permit if the program is at public funded institution and under MELS in Quebec. But the institution name is not mentioned in the participating institution list.
Anyone please help me.

Hi,

Only if that DVS pursued, is from a recognized educational institute in Quebec, participating under the Federal Off campus work permit.
Here's the list:

Those colleges/educational institutes, that are not on the above list, the international students studying there are NOT allowed to get OFF campus work permit and hence not legally allowed to work part time, while studying.. No matter what the agents claim, if it's not on the list of participating institutes... YOU WILL NOT GET OFF CAMPUS WORK PERMIT! simple!
However, even if the educational institute is not on the above list, international students of all recognized educational institutes in the province of Quebec will be eligible for PGWP- Post grad Work Permit as per the existing rules.
