I would like to ask how to apply OEC. I have a 2 yr working visa and i am planning to go on a vacation. I am not a registered OFW from POEA Philippines.so need to get OEC to Get back in canada with out problem. So where can i apply the oec and what is the requirements so I don’t need to go to poea to apply.
