Trackitt.com seems to show quite a bunch of October applications have moved - at least sent to other consulates in the month of September.
Much as I dislike speculation, I can't help asking:
Can this be predicted as a step closer towards moving the November applications, finally?
And can one then say that the patiently waiting others will soon follow?
Its getting to be one whole year....
