Hi, my son who is 3 years old was born in the US. I got his OCI issued from the US. We recently moved to Canada. Now I am trying to update address information tied to his OCI card by using OCI miscelleneous services portal. But when I go into the address update flow, the PLACE of Submission field by default gets selected to the US and the consulate in the US from where his OCI was issued. I am unable to enter Canadian address and Postal code (system is looking for zip code in US format). I am stuck here and not sure how to get past this. Has anyone else who moved from the US to Canada done this? Can you please share what steps did you follow? Note: The child is only 3. His passport does not need to be renewed. So I do not need a new OCI issued. I only want to update address in the government records from the US to Canada. Thanks
