Occupation List - Old Applicants

does any occupation apply to the old applicants who applied before 2008 OR there was no such occupation for old applicants? I mean 38 occupation which applies if we apply now....

If you applied before Feb. 27 2008, then no, there was no occupation list but the processing time in London was also about 3 years and in some countries much longer.
