Obtaining nomination while on PR

I already have a valid PR (obtained from Ontario) but I want to live in BC (Vancouver). Can I obtain PNP from BC using the same express entry profile? Or will I have to restart the express entry process from the beginning?
I currently live in the US.

No - you cannot. You would need to renounce PR and apply again from scratch.

If you have already landed and become a PR, there is nothing stopping you from living in BC.
