Oath on 17 Sept. When should I expect invite letter?

Hi, I recieved an update on tracker that my oath is scheduled for 17 Sept. I have not recieved an official invite. When should I expect it? Anyone who recieved an oath update around 17 Sept? Also, does a minor under 14 have to be in country for oath?

Small question: Did you get a ghost update right before the update?
I had the interview last Wednesday (8/20) week and a ghost update on 8/23. Trying to understand if this is all falling in place. Thanks.
