In the letter I received they indicated that I can bring my own religious Holy Book for Oath (Optional). If I don’t bring any Holy Book how is the Oath done ? just hands in air or they use a Bible ?

Hello,
If the attendant does not bring a holly book, the oath is taken with right hand in the air and left hand wherever.
If the attendant bring his(her) fairy tale book of his(her) preference, the oath is taken with right hand in the air and left hand on said book.

But who is going to hold the book up for the applicant? Is the book going to magically float in midair while the left hand is on the book?

From what I remember
If you bring a holy book, you hold it in your left hand, with your right hand in the air and you start by staying, "I swear..."
If you don't bring a book, left hand down, right hand up and you start by saying, "I affirm..."

Well... it is a holy book, right? It's the least I expect from it. ;D ;D

Just kidding, you are right. As I remember you hold the book in your left hand.

All those who applied 4 years back like me and still waiting for the decision, can have their heads in two hands......just kidding. ;D

Cheer up my friends, we have no other options...ha ha ha....
