I personally submitted my passport last Thursday for a TRV. I am not from NYC and I left a friend in charge of the pick up today. He lost the little slip required. They told him to write an e-mail or something of that sort. Do you guys know how to proceed? I live in Boston so I would like to avoid traveling to NYC again just for the pick up. Thank you very much
