Hello,
I have few questions regarding FSW immigration program.
im a nutritionist by profession, firstly did my matriculation which is 10 years schooling than my BSC with major in Food and Nutrition, degree consisits of 4 years from 1st yaer to 4th year from Home Economics college...than completed my MBA major in Finance which took me 2 years...its coplete 16 years education....my questions are:

1. Does my degree support the requirement of education?....(as it stated that there should be 16 years of education with work experience of minimum 1 year) i ahve 16 years education but not in the same field...

2. My husband is an IT professional but we agrreed to put me as primary applicant because of the high application ratio in IT field...is this a good idea? as we believe n statistics shows that not so many people are applying through this slot..

3. I want to know that what is the deadline for submit the application? is it until the number of applications required for each profession are filled...in that case applying as a nutritionist can take a little longer because me and my husband need to take an ielts and the first available seats for test are in mid of july...
can we apply this much late?

thank you...

Hello Ma Sa

1. Your BSc with Food and Nutrition major certainly does support your occupation.

2. Yes its a good idea.

3. Well the website goes like this:
".... .These are the last applications we will accept under the current system before Express Entry launches in January 2015."
So your application must reach CIO before 2015 starts. I am quite positive that you will make it into cap easily if you submit by mid July. No worries.

Hope this helps.

2. My husband is an IT professional but we agrreed to put me as primary applicant because of the high application ratio in IT field...is this a good idea? as we believe n statistics shows that not so many people are applying through this slot.. - Your husband can apply , he seems to be eligible , one needs to follow requirements of CIC , our mutual decisions have no value

3. I want to know that what is the deadline for submit the application? is it until the number of applications required for each profession are filled...in that case applying as a nutritionist can take a little longer because me and my husband need to take an ielts and the first available seats for test are in mid of july... - Dead line is April 30,2015
can we apply this much late? - Depends upon available / left quota

thank you...
