Your IELTS are very low. You should be working at increasing your scores if you want to come to Canada. Would depend on the evaluation of your nursing degree and whether you qualify for specific express entry program. You could also consider attempting to come to Canada as a caregiver based on your nursing qualification. You will likely qualify for PR once working as a caregiver for 1+ years. Assume you don’t have enough points for FSW. You have to look at each province for PNP. You will also have to contact the nursing association to see what you will need to do to get licensed as an LPN or RN. Would imagine more schooling and a practicum are likely.
