A friend of mine is a nurse here in Pakistan and they are planning to apply for Express Entry. But there is one problem: How can they get certified or approved by the Canadian Healthcare authorities while they are still in Pakistan? They can get a job offer for express entry only if they are certified. They completed their education here in Pakistan.
