Hi All,

I have a question regarding CEC or express entry. I recently got a NOC B job and currently on post graduate work permit. I came to know that employer who you are working for must be having 5 to 6 employees on payroll. Is it necessary ? Will the letter with job responsibilities won't work under CEC or express entry

It means employees wiring on pay stub criteria is only for LMIA. As In my workplace, there are hardly 2 or 3 employees. I just have to take 1 year of experience of working there and just need offer letter mentioning job responsibilities.

Your post is a little hard to understand but if the key question is 'can I claim work experience for CEC if I work there for a year?' the answer would be 'yes'.

All right! In simple words, the employer has no liability of having running payroll for at least 5 employees to support me for my PR under CEC or express entry. Only offer letter covering job responsibilities is good to go, right?

An employer does not have to have a minimum number of employees for your employment to count for Canadian Experience Class. You should document your work experience with a work experience letter covering job responsibilities, etc.
