Job Offer........
Pre-Assessed..
What is the story of CAP on FSW 2013 (MAY 4) if 29 priority occupations are available and 10,000 applications in each occupation will be processed so total number of applications for 2013 FSW will be 10000 X 29 = 290,000???

Can somebody put more light on this?

But immigration target remains 265,000 including refugees and humanitarian immigrants??? How to know which occupation has how much quota?

I think this cap based program will be finished in 24 hours. if 10,000 applications will be capped on each occupation other than some very uncommon occupations such as Forestry, Mining workers, Oil and Gas professionals, Geological professionals etc.

You got it all wrong!

Actually, if they set a cap of 10,000 for FSW, then the cap for each occupation will be in the order of 500 or less, so that the total for all occupations will be 10,000. According to recent statements, the total cap for FSW will be less than 10,000 (close to 8,500 I think). The individual caps for each occupation will be announced along with the list of occupations only in April. So wait for further announcements by CIC!

Actually, as long as they get as little as possible I'm happy. Also, they will put them in the back of the line as they should, behind MI-2 people. As long as they process my application (and other MI-2 applicants) first I'm all happy! I need CIC to concentrate their efforts on backlogged applications and then worry about other people.
