Hello all,
I have one question. If PA face criminal charges which was later withdrawn by crown prosecutor after 1 year of initial arrest. Can PA use those days (days from the day of arrest to charge withdrawn) for the purpose of physical presence calculations for canadian citizenship purpose?
NOTE: PA was released on same days with some conditions.
