Hello All,

I received nomination from Saskatchewan, after which I got an ITA and I submitted a PR application.
Nova Scotia has just sent me a mail stating their intention to nominate me. This is my preferred province but I did not get feedback from them for over a year!

I would like to withdraw my application so that I can receive the Nova Scotia nomination.

Does anybody have any idea regarding how this can be done?

Thanks!

Create a new EE profile and send the profile number and job bank validation code to Nova Scotia.

You'll then withdraw the SINP PR application that you already submitted.

Thanks bellaluna.

Do you know what the process is for withdrawing the PR application which I submitted? I guess it's better to do that first. I am skeptical about having two EE profiles active at the same time. I hear that's against the rules.

Please advise.

You don't have an active EE profile anymore since you already received (and accepted) an ITA on it. You'll notice the status on it is "invitation received", not "submitted".
So you can make a new one ASAP and ask NS to send your nomination there.

Send a case specific enquiry to withdraw your PR app.

Hello again,

Any idea how long it takes IRCC to process and conclude a CSE for application withdrawal?
