Sent in my application & was received based on Canada Post about two weeks ago...


Is Canada Immigration supposed to send you and email or something that they have received and are processing the application? Or you don't hear anything until it moves (or doesn't move) to the next step?

You will not hear from them unless they want something else from you. Normal first communication is your SA (sponsorship approval) currently posted at 48 days and working on applications received July 24 2014 for spousal sponsorship
