Hi All,

My documents are almost done. I want your advice if I can apply within 4 or 5 days for PR under NOC 2173 (the number of applications received by CIC now is 425) or I am too late and should wait the Express entry ?

Thanks a lot

the problem with applying for both would be the original IELTS TRF. I checked from my testing center and they don't give second copy no matter what...

pls let me know if there is a way to get additional copy of IELTS result?

you can get a second copy of your test if you are applying to CIC, Canada or UKBA, United Kingdom. please refer to the following link the following link.

This is not something that your local testing center has the freedom to decide. IELTS rules are the same everywhere. You can escalate them. Or you can request your TRF directly from Cambridge ESOL using this form:

I am extracting this from IELTS official website...

How many Test Report Forms (TRFs) am I entitled to?

You will only receive one (1) copy of your Test Report Form, unless you are applying to Citizenship and Immigration Canada (CIC), or United Kingdom Border Agency (UKBA) – in these cases, you can receive two. Proof of application to CIC and UKBA must be provided.
