According to new rules, job offer in NOC A,B will get you 50 points, do you still get points for LMIA?

I have a job offer for NOC1215 (B), should I go for LMIA as well to get more points? (Because just 2 weeks ago I started working on submitting application for LMIA with my current employer)

Does it make sense now?

the 50 points job offer mean LMIA TYPED of job offer.
not regular job offer that everybody else has it.
so I think if you want to have 50 points extra you need to obtain lmia job offer.

As before, you need 2 things to prove you have a "qualifying job offer." An LMIA (unless you are on an ICT or NAFTA work permit), and a written offer of at least one year of full-time employment contingent upon your obtaining permanent resident status.

If you want the 50 points, you will need the LMIA.

I am a financial services representative with a bank. It falls in skill B category. But it is not supported by LMIA.
1. Is it a qualifying job offer for the purpose of Canadian experience class? Similarly can I count this experience as skilled work experience, if more than one year?
2. How many points does it get me? 50? (Not expecting more but does it at least get me 50?)

I've always been confused about skilled job offer vs LMIA supported job offer.
Thanks in advance.
