November 2022 Citizenship Application- No AoR

Hi All,
I applied for citizenship online as a group (family of 2) in November 2022 but haven’t recieved AoR yet.
Webform wasn’t helpful as it just said we’re in normal processing timeline.
Any suggestions on what I can do about this?
