FYI counterfoil has been generated and PA's passport is on the way back to VFS Belgrade. We were traveling and only just able to submit the passport on Thursday but it was processed remarkably fast.

Passport submitted to VFS Belgrade on Thursday the 4th, arrived at IRCC in Vienna Friday the 5th, and already on it's way back with the counterfoil on Tuesday the 9th. We expect to receive it back tomorrow - so essentially 4 business days between dropping off the passport and getting it back.
